Zaz

Zaz is the stage name chosen by Isabelle Geoffroy, a French singer born in 1980 in Indre-et-Loire. After early training at the conservatory and at CIAM (the Bordeaux music school), Zaz moved to Paris, where she met Kerredine Soltani, who would compose the track 'Je veux', as well as her producer, Raphaël. In 2010, France was captivated by Zaz’s songs, broadcast on television and on the radio. She then released her self-titled debut album, 'ZAZ'. With hits like 'Dans ma rue' and 'Je veux', Zaz performed an extended run of concerts in France and as far as Canada. The album was a huge success and within a few months achieved double diamond status. After releasing a live album recorded during her tour, Zaz returned in 2013 with 'Recto Verso'. She then set off to crisscross Europe and Canada, presenting her second album to audiences at concerts and festivals.
