Tigers Jaw

Born in the mid-2000s in the industrial city of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Tigers Jaw sits at the intersection of indie rock, emo and melodic pop punk. Formed in 2005, the band made a name for itself on the North American DIY circuit and built a discography around steady studio albums—from Belongs to the Dead (2006) and Tigers Jaw (2008) through Two Worlds (2010) to Charmer (2014), Spin (2017) and I Won't Care How You Remember Me (2021). Initially a larger ensemble, Tigers Jaw gradually refocused around the duo of Ben Walsh and Brianna Collins, who provide the creative core while the rhythm section has varied over tours and recordings. Their sound relies on chiming guitars, understated keyboards and shared vocals, serving direct, melancholic songs that place the band within the emo-revival wave while firmly rooted in contemporary indie rock.
