Robert Jon & the Wreck

Based in Southern California, Robert Jon & the Wreck has been developing a rock sound since the early 2010s that draws on southern rock, blues rock and Americana influences. Led by singer and guitarist Robert Jon Burrison, the band shapes a guitar-driven sound with vocal harmonies and stage-oriented compositions, blending soul ballads, mid-tempo songs and grittier numbers. Initially active on the independent circuit with intensive touring across the United States, Robert Jon & the Wreck gradually carved out a place on European stages through numerous club dates and festival appearances. The discography took shape alongside this activity, notably with Glory Bound (2015) and Good Life Pie (2016), followed by a more prominent phase around Last Light on the Highway (2020) and Shine a Light on Me Brother (2021), which established the band in a broader register combining groove, vocal harmonies and brass sections. Their signing with Journeyman Records led to Ride Into the Light (2023), confirming a direction that revisits American rock tradition through careful arrangements and live energy.
