Info
On June 18, 2027, Dreamland Margate hosts Pete Tong Ibiza Classics, a night built around the DJ who helped bridge UK dance culture with Chicago house and, later, Ibiza’s big-room energy. Expect Tong’s signature flow: smart, radio-honed storytelling, deep knowledge of club history, and that knack for making classic house and dance records feel current. The Ibiza Classics angle also nods to his orchestral adventures with Jules Buckley and the Heritage Orchestra, where anthems get reimagined with wider dynamics and punch.
Joining him, Horse Meat Disco bring their London queer-club DNA to the party. The collective’s sets are all about connections: disco and boogie sliding into house, Italo flashes, soul flips and hi-NRG peaks, stitched together with both well-loved staples and left-field finds. Together, Tong and HMD shape a night that moves between heritage and the here-and-now, with the kind of selections that keep the floor switching gears without losing the groove.
