Info
Nessa Barrett comes to the Palladium in Cologne on March 15, 2027 with her 'The Tough Love Tour' and brings exactly that mix to the stage that makes her sound so distinctive: pop with emo edge, a touch of alternative rock, and a darker undertone. Live, intimacy meets pressure — between melancholic ballads and more driving tracks, propelled by modern pop productions, distorted guitars, and choruses that sound more like confessions than mere poses. The focus is on lyrics that feel close to the heart: mental health, relationships, self-destruction, this back-and-forth between control and loss of control. Those who know 'young forever' will hear the distinctive aesthetic again, and with material from the era around 'hell is a teenage girl' the set becomes even more uncompromising toward introspective pop-rock. An evening for all who prefer it direct and emotional, without much distance between song and feeling.
