Info
Blondshell, the project of Los Angeles-based songwriter Sabrina Teitelbaum, brings her Scaring Strangers Tour to Vancouver on March 7, 2027 at the Commodore Ballroom. Built on thick guitars and a punchy, melodic sense of indie rock, her songs pull from alternative and grunge edges with occasional folk warmth, landing in that ’90s-informed zone where choruses hit without smoothing out the noise.
After first releasing music as BAUM, Teitelbaum shifted into the more direct, front-facing writing of Blondshell in 2022, with early singles like “Olympus” and “Veronica Mars” setting the tone: clear melodies, sharp observation, and a band sound that leans into tension as much as release. Since her 2023 self-titled debut and the follow-up If You Asked for a Picture (2025), she’s kept refining that balance between raw rock drive and precise storytelling. Expect a set that moves fast, cuts close, and stays loud when it needs to.
