Jahneration is the story of Thëo and Ogach, two Parisian friends who, in 2009, put punk rock aside to forge reggae in their own way. Since then, the duo has moved forward with an identity all of their own: songs sung and rapped, often in English with touches of Jamaican patois, between modern reggae, hip-hop and dancehall. Their link to Jamaica is not mere decor: they draw a large part of their energy there, up to recording in 2017 at Tuff Gong Studios, in the shadow of the Marley myth. Over the years, Jahneration has broadened its collaborations, from the international stage (Alborosie, Queen Omega) to French artists (Manu Chao, Dub Inc, Danakil, Naâman). Their track 'Me Nah Fed Up,' born out of a collaboration with Naâman, marked a turning point and established a solid base. After more than 400 concerts and six albums, they arrive on March 5, 2027 at Le Bikini in Ramonville Saint-Agne, with this formula that is their strength: catchy choruses, punchy flows, and real on-stage intensity as a band.
