A satirical poet, Gildaa dwells in the eye of the beholder, somewhere between France and Brazil. She sings in two languages, thinks in reverse, and ferries words between the absurd and the mystical. Her memory is like a capricious phone that doesn't always get a signal; she searches there for her troubles. At the crossroads of chanson, Latin jazz and R&B, Gildaa crafts a singular universe. She feels at home only on stage, a gateway into her mind where the absurd and the mystical are entwined.
