Info

Dagny, a singer‑songwriter hailing from northern Norway, takes over La Maroquinerie in Paris on February 6, 2027, for a set that sums up her direct, synth‑driven and danceable pop. Propelled by her recent single “Closet Disco Queen,” produced by Matias Tellez and co‑written with Nick Hahn, she blends supple synth lines, precise rhythms and lyrics about owning yourself without filters. On stage, her clear voice is supported by this electro‑pop energy with disco touches, and choruses that invite singalongs.

Born in Tromsø and later passing through Liverpool and London, Dagny first emerged with “Backbeat” before releasing the EP Ultraviolet, then followed with tracks that established her beyond Scandinavia — from “Wearing Nothing” to “Love You Like That,” the latter of which would inspire Katy Perry’s “Never Really Over.” She went on to release the albums Strangers / Lovers in 2020 and Elle in 2024, and has collaborated with Seeb, Steve Aoki, Kygo and Astrid S. On the live front, she’s appeared at the Øya and Bergenfest festivals, toured Europe and opened for artists such as Jess Glynne and Justin Timberlake. In Paris, she returns as the headliner, mixing new songs with a repertoire shaped for the live stage.
