Ondara presents: « The Jet Stone Conspiracy »

Ondara brings the Jet Stone Conspiracy to London, a night shaped by his clear voice, acoustic guitar work and a writing style that turns migration, identity and the American dream into compact narratives. Born and raised in Nairobi before settling in Minneapolis, the Kenyan songwriter taught himself by ear and carved out a folk and Americana sound that sometimes leans toward soft rock and indie colors.

On stage, the songs keep the vocals upfront and the storytelling precise, moving from the hushed intimacy of Tales of America to the rougher edges of Folk N’ Roll Vol 1: Tales of Isolation. With the character-driven Spanish Villager No. 3, he widened the palette to include fuller group arrangements without losing the quiet tension that runs through his music. The Jet Stone Conspiracy brings that range into focus, balancing stripped-back moments with denser textures built for a live room.
