Pussy Riot

On June 20, 2026 at Espace Périphérique, La Villette, Paris, the same stage brings together Mike D (Beastie Boys), Pussy Riot, Circle Jerks, Dead City Punx, Maddie Street and special guests, as part of the Beyond The Streets exhibition.

Mike D, member of the Beastie Boys, returns solo for a set rooted in hip‑hop—between beats, samples and nods to the culture that shaped alternative rap. The format lets him probe his influences, mix classics with discoveries, and showcase the art of sonic collage that has marked his trajectory.

A feminist punk collective born in Moscow, Pussy Riot blends performances and songs that combine chanted slogans, taut riffs and electronic programming. With a changing line‑up, the group performs masked to foreground their words—between accounts of struggle, LGBT+ rights and critiques of power—in a direct, uncompromising form.

Alongside them, Circle Jerks, Dead City Punx and Maddie Street bring a more confrontational edge, offering a raw punk passage before the arrival of announced guests. A day of concerts conceived as a bridge between scenes and energies, at the heart of La Villette.
