Elephanz

Elephanz returns in 2026, a pop-electro duo from Nantes formed by brothers Jonathan and Maxime Verleysen. They emerged in the early 2010s with elegant, synth-tinged pop and bilingual songwriting, laying the foundations of their universe with Time for a Change, before emphasizing the electronic dimension on Elephanz, propelled by “Maryland” (a platinum single) and a nomination at the Victoires de la Musique. This year opens a new chapter with a announced album and a tour that will stop at Le 4bis in Rennes on 26 September 2026.

On stage, the duo assembles crisp melodies, sharp keyboards, chiseled guitars and effective rhythms, navigating influences from new wave to electronic minimalism. The new songs sit alongside their signature hits, with the French/English back-and-forth that defines them. Two-part harmonies, a keen sense of the chorus and precise production: Elephanz delivers a tight, luminous live—no frills—where every detail serves the group’s pop drive and an immediately recognizable sound.
