On October 13, 2026, at Le 106 in Rouen, Ghinzu presents a live show built around its characteristic blend: abrasive guitars and piano up front, alternating raw energy and carefully crafted arrangements, atmospheres with cinematic overtones. Fronted by the vocals and keyboards of John Stargasm, the Brussels band moves between alternative rock, indie and electronic touches, with a marked taste for ruptures and long progressions.
On stage, this approach unfolds in sequences that build, break and start again, between dark piano lines, synthesized textures and almost orchestral instrumentation. A trajectory begun with Electronic Jacuzzi (2000), extended by Blow (2004) and Mirror Mirror (2009), links straightforward melodies and more experimental textures without abandoning its rock framework. The set plays on tension and release, with precise arrangements that leave room for the impact of the riffs and the band’s dynamics.
