Myrath

On October 14, 2026 at Petit Bain in Paris’s 13th arrondissement, Myrath will take the stage to showcase their progressive metal rooted in power metal and threaded with North African and Middle Eastern melodies. Formed in Ezzahra in 2001, the band has forged a signature sound recognizable from the first bars: precise riffs, technical passages, cinematic orchestrations and vocal lines steeped in Arabic modes. Centered on founding guitarist Malek Ben Arbia and vocalist Zaher Zorgati, Myrath moves through songs that play on contrasts, between heavy intensity and lighter, more atmospheric moods.

The concert draws from their most recent chapters—from Karma (2024) to standout tracks from Legacy, Shehili and Tales of the Sands. Maghreb-influenced percussion, choirs, intricate solos: their Eastern metal fusion comes into its own live, driven by a solid rhythm section and arrangements conceived for the stage. It’s music that speaks both to progressive metal fans and to listeners curious to hear cutting guitars intersect with traditional influences.
