Ultra Vomit - Les Zéniths de la Puissance - Tournée

Ultra Vomit continues its Les Zéniths de la Puissance tour, carried by the album Le Pouvoir de la Puissance, released in September 2024. A leading figure of French parody metal, the band subverts conventions by blending heavy riffs, memorable choruses and clever pastiches, showering listeners with nods to every subgenre from heavy and grind to black and punk. The lyrics play with the absurd, but the execution remains tight and precise.

On stage, the quartet strings together double bass drum work, punchy breaks and guttural growls, while slipping in jokes and interludes without losing momentum. The new tracks fit seamlessly with the classics in a set designed to go the distance, balancing full-on assaults with comic respites. The sound is massive, the guitars answer each other, and the audience is kept involved in the constant ping-pong between musical seriousness and prankish spirit.
