Max Dean
Active in the United Kingdom, Max Dean produces groove-driven house that sits between tech house, smooth basslines and direct rhythms, with a strong knack for club tracks featuring catchy hooks. As a DJ, producer and founder of the neXup recz label, Max Dean has made his mark on the British electronic scene throughout the 2020s by getting his productions into a circuit that connects clubs, festivals and specialist platforms. His career includes both dancefloor-focused releases and curatorial work through his label, conceived as a space for emerging producers. Max Dean also broadened his scope with “Feel Much Better”, made with Nafe Smallz and Timbaland, and released a reworking of Azari III’s “Reckless”. Behind the decks he has played in varied settings — from DC10 Ibiza with the Solid Grooves circle to Creamfields, The Warehouse Project and Mixmag Lab London — sketching a profile rooted in contemporary British house: club-efficient, fast-moving in terms of track circulation and regularly present on electronic stages.
