Violent Vira

Violent Vira is a project at the crossroads of alternative rock and metal, driven by direct songwriting and a dark aesthetic. This Mexican‑American singer‑songwriter emerged in 2021 with the single 'I Don’t Care', the starting point of a repertoire where thick guitars, tense melodies and a direct vocal delivery shape a sound between alt‑rock, modern metal and emo accents. Violent Vira later broadened her visibility with 'God Complex' and released the EP Till’ Death Was Never Enough in 2023, which defined the contours of her universe and musical direction. The project, centered on Vira, also appears on stage as a band in a compact rock lineup that extends the songs’ intensity. In a short time, Violent Vira has established a coherent identity built on short, dark and taut songs where the efficiency of the pop format combines with a heavier approach drawn from alternative metal.
