LSDXOXO

Based in Berlin after a formative stint on the New York scene, LSDXOXO has developed an identity as a producer, DJ and vocalist shaped by the Philadelphia clubs where he grew up. Born Raushaan Glasgow in the United States in 1991, he first attracted attention in the early 2010s with the mixtape series Spit or Swallow—reassemblies of pop and rap hits created in an electronic collage spirit. LSDXOXO mixed pop‑culture references with textures drawn from Baltimore club, ghetto house, hardcore, electro and techno—an approach he carried forward on his early EPs SOFTCORE (2013) and WHORECORE (2014), which featured collaborations with Cakes da Killa, UNiiQU3 and DonChristian. While living in New York he joined the GHE20G0TH1K scene and honed a club‑focused sound where filtered vocals, samples and rapid rhythms often operate as an implicit social commentary. With Dedicated 2 Disrespect (2021, XL Recordings) he evolved his songwriting by foregrounding his own lyrics and singing, before exploring electroclash inflections on the EP Delusions of Grandeur (2023), released via his label Fantasy Audio Group. At the same time he expanded his production and remix work with artists such as Lady Gaga, Eartheater and Kelela, contributing multiple tracks to Kelela’s album Raven (2023). In 2024 LSDXOXO reached a new milestone with Dogma, his first studio album, which continues his path between abrasive club music, queer aesthetics and a critical reworking of pop codes.
