Natasha Bedingfield
Born in 1981 in Haywards Heath, England, and raised in southeast London, Natasha Bedingfield developed an early interest in songwriting within a band formed with her siblings, before pursuing a solo career in the early 2000s. Her repertoire blends pop with RnB and dance influences, with a strong emphasis on vocals and lyrics focused on intimacy and self-affirmation. Her debut album, Unwritten, released in 2004, established her on the British and later international pop scene, followed by N.B. (2007), a version adapted for the North American market that appeared in 2008 under the title Pocketful of Sunshine. She continued with Strip Me in 2010 and Roll with Me in 2019, confirming a career split between radio pop, collaborations with artists such as Sean Kingston and Simple Plan, and numerous performances across European and North American stages. At the same time, she regularly contributes to film and TV soundtracks while continuing to compose and co-write within an international pop framework.
