Dj Mad Dog

DJ Mad Dog is a DJ rooted in gabber and industrial hardcore, blending very fast rhythms, massive kicks and dark melodies often inspired by cinema. Originally from Rome, Italy, DJ Mad Dog attracted attention with his early releases on the Traxtorm Records label, which quickly placed him on the European circuit, particularly in the Netherlands where the hardcore scene is highly structured. His album A Night of Madness, released in 2011, marked an important milestone in his discography by synthesizing his influences—rave energy, dramatic atmospheres and memorable hooks. DJ Mad Dog went on to release numerous maxis and collaborations, notably with Angerfist and Noize Suppressor, and appears on many specialized compilations. On stage, he is regularly invited to hardcore-focused events such as Masters of Hardcore, Dominator and Thunderdome, where his direct, dancefloor-oriented style finds a natural home. In the mid-2010s DJ Mad Dog further consolidated his place in this network by launching the Dogfight Records label, a platform that allows him to distribute his productions and those of artists close to his aesthetic, centered on a frontal but structured hardcore designed for both clubs and large festivals.
