Korsakoff
Born Lindsay van der Eng in Akersloot, Netherlands, Korsakoff has developed since the early 2000s a career rooted in the Dutch mainstream hardcore scene. Active since 2001, she projects a hard, frontal aesthetic built on fast rhythms, strong melodic lines and an energy drawn directly from gabber culture. Her early discographic landmarks — from “Separated World” in 2001 to tracks like “Tamara”, “My Empty Bottle”, “Stardom” and “Unleash the Beast” — accompanied her establishment within the European hardcore scene, including multiple productions and collaborations alongside Outblast. Having passed through the label The Third Movement and later associated with Masters of Hardcore, Korsakoff appears regularly at the genre’s major events, from Thunderdome and Masters of Hardcore to Syndicate, Bassleader, Defqon.1 and Dominator. Her discography notably includes the albums Pink Noise (2010) and Stiletto (2012), which continue a style where rhythmic tension remains central while giving clearer space to choruses and melodic textures. Korsakoff continues to work as a DJ and producer, releasing solo material, remixes and collaborations with artists such as The Viper, Re-Style, DaY-már and Furyan.
