Morgan
Raised in a family of music lovers, Morgan grew up exposed to a wide range of musical styles and, in her teens, gravitated toward dub sound systems, where she performed as an MC and began releasing her first tracks online. After moving to Annecy, she joined an artist collective in 2015 that set up a self-managed recording studio; it was in this context that she developed a rap style influenced by reggae, metal and electronic music. Between 2015 and 2018, alongside La Mante Religieuz, she built stage experience at local festivals and various venues, including opening for rapper Sinik. In 2019 Morgan relocated to Paris and used social networks, notably TikTok, to share freestyles, covers and original compositions, strengthening a direct connection with her audience. Her world, at the intersection of rap, chanson and more electronic sounds, was shaped by the album “Racines” (2023) and then by “La pomme,” released in January 2025, where she addresses themes such as feminism, mental health and contemporary tensions through candid, melodic texts. At the same time, Morgan expanded into musical theatre, portraying Madeleine Béjart in Dove Attia’s “Molière,” performed at the Palais des Sports in Paris before a tour across several Zénith venues in France.
