Tripolism

Formed in Copenhagen around Fred, Ras and Bryn, Tripolism creates electronic music that blends melodic house, indie dance and euphoric techno in a sound that is both direct and nuanced. The Danish trio works with supple club rhythms, hypnotic basslines, melancholic pads and often off-kilter vocals, with a marked sense for contrasts between danceable energy and restraint. Tripolism broke through more widely in 2023 with the track Dope Dance, released on Ultra Records, then followed with Whatever We Call It in collaboration with Meera and Flying Away with You with WhoMadeWho — two songs that extend this aesthetic of tension, groove and melody. Their debut album, Absolute Dope, arrived in 2024 and gathers these directions into a coherent whole, conceived for both the club and attentive listening. Along this trajectory, Tripolism has established itself on European and international electronic stages, playing clubs and festivals with a format focused on rhythmic continuity and the effectiveness of the mix.
