Moeaike

From Taranto in southern Italy, Moeaike brings together Roberto Dell’Osso and Gaetano Laterza for a project launched in 2019 that sits at the crossroads of afro house and a melodic house with organic textures. The duo develops a club-oriented format with supple rhythms, pronounced percussion, airy synth lines and frequent use of vocal motifs, in an aesthetic that is both danceable and progressive. Moeaike has gradually expanded its discography on labels such as MoBlack Records, Impressum, Atlant, Unreleased., Rose Avenue and Madorasindahouse, with tracks like “Mala Fama”, “Bo Bom” and “Maybe”. In their recent trajectory, Moeaike has also benefited from the support of DJs and producers from the house and afro house scenes, including Keinemusik, Black Coffee, Desiree, Shimza, Rüfüs Du Sol, Andrea Oliva and Fideles. Moeaike’s live activity has developed across several cities in Europe, the Middle East and the Mediterranean basin, with appearances announced in Porto, Lisbon, Dubai, Ibiza, Amman, Munich, Mykonos, Buenos Aires and Paris.
