Info
Base presents: Blackgold
Hailing from the British underground scene, with its masked members and its uncompromising sound, Blackgold has carved out a distinct place in the renaissance of modern nu metal. Blending ferocious riffs, a hip-hop attitude and chaotic on-stage energy, the band quickly drew attention for its genre-transcending approach and its anonymous aesthetic.
Since their beginnings, they have shared the stage with bands such as Limp Bizkit and Skindred, built a fan base across the United Kingdom and Europe, and today, after a series of shows in the United States at SXSW, Blackgold is increasingly making its mark on the international scene. Their music is loud, unpredictable and hard to ignore, a sonic rebellion made for misfits and thrill-seekers.
