Info
On December 15, 2026, Ash land at the O2 Institute Birmingham with the kind of punchy, melodic rock they’ve been refining since the early 90s. Built around Tim Wheeler, Mark Hamilton and Rick McMurray, the band moves in that sweet spot where pop-punk speed meets alternative rock grit, with power-pop hooks that hit fast and stick around. Expect short, direct songs shaped by classic pop songwriting, the sort that made their name in the mid-90s and kept them present on British and Irish stages for decades.
It’s also a chance to hear how Ash’s catalogue has kept evolving without losing its snap: from the era-defining momentum of their early albums through later records that stayed loud, lean and song-first, up to Race the Night (2023). This Birmingham date promises a set that can jump between explosive choruses, tight riffs and that restless energy that’s always made Ash feel like a live band first.
