Info
The Fratellis land at The Engine Shed in Lincoln on February 5, 2027, to celebrate 20 years of Costello Music, the record that put them on the map and still sums up their knack for sharp, no-nonsense indie rock. Born in Glasgow in 2005 around the trio’s alter egos Jon, Baz and Mince Fratelli, the band built its sound on wiry guitars, punchy rhythms and choruses that stick, with that classic British rock backbone running through it.
Expect a set that leans into the early anthems that made their name — including the likes of “Chelsea Dagger” and “Whistle for the Choir” — while keeping the door open to what they’ve become since their 2012 return. From We Need Medicine to Half Drunk Under a Full Moon, they’ve stretched their palette toward more soulful, sometimes orchestral colors, without losing the direct, melodic drive that makes a Fratellis show feel tight, fast and built for singing along.
