Tayc

Tayc, a leading figure in francophone R&B and the face of Afrolove, returns with JOŸA, a second album that marks a brighter turn. After his 2020 release Fleur Froide, which was certified diamond, he hones his signature between R&B, afrobeat, echoes of zouk and pop ballads, with songwriting focused on emotion and melodic singing. JOŸA pushes this blend toward a clearer, more joyful energy—conceived as a “joy”—where the rhythms grow livelier and the choruses root themselves naturally.

On stage, Tayc places his voice at the forefront, alternating danceable numbers with more intimate interludes, and extends his tracks for the live setting. On 30 April 2027 at the Zénith Toulouse Métropole in Toulouse, he will present a stop on the JOŸA TOUR, an opportunity to hear the new songs and revisit those that established his world. From Afrolove to this new color, the concert traces a continuous thread between sentimental storytelling and Afro pulses, with arrangements designed for the stage and a performance crafted for direct contact with the audience.
