Info
Dead Pony brings its Glasgow-born energy to Rebellion Manchester on 29 May 2026. Formed around Anna Shields and Blair Crichton, the band became a tight-knit quartet with Liam Adams on bass and Euan Lyons on drums, shifting from their early Crystal era to a sharper identity in 2020. Their sound lands between pop-punk, alt-rock and a touch of nu metal, with flashes of grunge: direct choruses, dense riffs and melodies wired with tension. After the kick-off single Everything Is Easy, the War Boys EP set the pace, then the debut album Ignore This (2024) widened the lens, from the bite of MK Nothing and Cobra to the more melodic About Love. Years on the road with Mother Mother, Twin Atlantic, Chvrches or Kid Kapichi have shaped a live set built on precision and drive, where electronics thread through guitar-forward songs without dulling the edge.
Support comes from Overgrown and Lady Garden, two acts primed to set the tone before Dead Pony steps in.
