As Everything Unfolds

Formed in 2013 in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, As Everything Unfolds originally grew out of a core from the local scene before becoming a modern rock band fronted by vocalist Charlie Rolfe alongside Adam Kerr, George Hunt and Jon Cassidy. Their sound mixes post-hardcore, alternative rock and metalcore, with a strong taste for contrasts between melodic choruses, tense guitars, heavier passages and more atmospheric textures. After the EPs Jekyll & Hyde (2014), Collide (2017) and Closure (2018), As Everything Unfolds moved to the album format with Within Each Lies the Other in 2021 and Ultraviolet in 2023 — two records that established a clearer balance between upfront energy and songwriting more open to pop and electronic dynamics. The band continued its evolution with Did You Ask to Be Set Free? in 2026, following a signing with Century Media in 2025. Active on the UK and European rock and metal circuits, As Everything Unfolds has gone through several lineup changes over the years while maintaining an identity centered on intensity, song clarity and a direct emotional approach.
