Joost Klein

Joost Klein brings his blend of Dutch rap, pop and rave-leaning electronics to the O2 Forum Kentish Town in London on 4 June 2026. Raised in Friesland, he first surfaced as EenhoornJoost with tongue-in-cheek web videos before shifting focus to music, stitching rapid tempos, happy hardcore drums and eurodance hooks to straight-talking verses. His catalogue moves between playful references and more personal writing about grief, identity and nostalgia, with sung refrains sitting next to tight, rhythmic flows. On stage, the set moves from high-BPM rushes to slower, melodic passages, with those contrasts driving the momentum.

Over the past years, Joost has multiplied collaborations across the Dutch hip-hop and electronic scenes and toured through the Low Countries and the German-speaking world. In 2024 he represented the Netherlands at Eurovision with Europapa, opening his work to a wider audience while keeping a Dutch-language backbone.
