Info
Midnight Til Morning land at O2 Institute Birmingham on 9 October 2026 with a pop setup built around four voices and straightforward songwriting. Born in 2024 on the show Building the Band, the quartet brings together Shane Appell, Zach Newbould, Conor Smith and Mason Watts. Initially noticed for covers of Higher Power, Ocean Eyes and Iris, they have moved on to their own material while keeping the essentials: tight harmonies, guitar-driven pop rock and mid-tempo choruses designed for the stage. Between ballads and more energetic tracks, their formula remains clear and uncluttered, with a trans-Pacific influence and group cohesion honed in live performance.
Also on the bill, Irish singer-songwriter Ryan Mack embraces melodic pop that blends acoustic roots with light production. A former member of HomeTown, he launched his solo momentum during the era of online covers before stamping his identity with "Fake Fine," shared with Robert Grace, and then "She Wins, I Lose." His songwriting favors direct lyrics and immediate melodies, delivered by a flexible voice. Since then he has released a string of singles and played European dates, with a set that emphasizes the song and the chorus—somewhere between modern ballad and stripped-down pop.
