Declan J Donovan

Born in 1996 in Harlow, Essex, Declan J Donovan developed an early singer‑songwriter approach centered on the guitar, which he began playing as a child. His music sits in acoustic pop with folk and light rock touches, focused on direct melodies, a clear voice and introspective lyrics. He opened his discography with the EPs Fables (2016) and Time Machine (2017), before gaining wider recognition with the single Pieces in 2018.
