Altin Gün

Altin Gün opens a new chapter with Garip, an album due in spring that continues their exploration between psychedelic rock and Anatolian heritage. The Dutch-Turkish band sharpens its signature here, between guitars, vintage keyboards and hypnotic textures, while deepening a repertoire where tradition fuels electric energy.

Garip returns to the folk-rock sensibilities of the 1970s and pays tribute to composer Neşet Ertaş, a major figure of Anatolian popular song, now deceased. The record presents itself as a respectful, contemporary reworking, where inherited melodies, warm rhythms and analog arrangements intertwine without heavy nostalgia.

Altin Gün will present these new songs on a European tour in spring 2026. In Paris, the band will debut this repertoire on stage for the first time on 11 March 2026 at Le Trianon. Combining new compositions and the tracks that have shaped their identity, the concert promises a direct journey to the heart of this musical bridge between Istanbul and Amsterdam, conceived for the stage and crafted for collective listening.
