Chimène Badi takes the Théâtre Sébastopol in Lille on April 13, 2026 to unveil the next chapter of her Gospel & Soul project. After the complete Chimène sings Piaf, certified gold, and the momentum sparked by her gospel rendition of “Les Trois Cloches,” the singer opens a new chapter in which her voice tackles standards she reinterprets in a gospel and soul spirit. On the program are covers drawn from Johnny Hallyday, Amy Winehouse, Céline Dion, Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson, as well as new original songs written and composed by French singer-songwriters such as Ycare and Tété. With more than twenty years of career and 3.5 million albums sold, Chimène Badi embraces her influences and moves between pop, soul and gospel, accompanied by a choir that brings depth to the arrangements. The set spans a timeless repertoire, driven by the energy of live performance and a direct, unadorned interpretation.
