Michel Jonasz

Michel Jonasz is back on the road with a new 2025–2026 tour, which began on 1 March 2025 and will call at the Galaxie Amnéville, Amnéville Les Thermes, on 7 March 2026. He appears in a tight-knit lineup with his longtime collaborators Manu Katché on drums and Jean-Yves d’Angelo on keyboards. Together they reconnect with the blend of soul, R&B and blues that runs through his work, drawing on a rich repertoire and opening it to more contemporary colors.

The concert will spotlight revisited signature songs, nods to his blues period and selected pieces rearranged for the trio, backed by backing vocalists and a band in the service of groove. It will be an opportunity to hear Jonasz’s voice framed in a setting that emphasizes performance dynamics and on-stage rapport, with a few new pieces from an announced album. It is a return that looks back without being confined to the past, carried by the songwriting and sense of rhythm that make Michel Jonasz distinctive.
