Concerts and clubbing in Dublin

Dublin’s coming months bring together some of the city’s best-known concerts and other major dates, and the line-up is worth following closely. Autechre at Vicar Street puts the focus on immersive electronic detail, while J. Cole: « The Fall-Off Tour » at 3Arena turns the spotlight to sharp writing and rap craft. Manic Street Preachers at 3Olympia Theatre brings decades of Welsh alternative rock back to the stage, and St. Paul & The Broken Bones at The Academy adds a soul-heavy live set to the mix. For those looking at Dublin clubbing options, Ezhel at Opium stands out with a blend of rap, trap and dancehall, while Allie X and Father Of Peace at The Academy show the range of sounds shaping events in Dublin over the next 12 months. Deaf Havana also adds an alternative rock date that rounds out the city’s most popular upcoming names.
