Bb trickz

Born in Barcelona in 2000, BB Trickz, the stage name of Belize Ainoa Nicolau Kazi, has established herself since 2023 in Spanish rap with a short, upfront format and a strong mark of drill, drill sample, pop rap and touches of dembow. Raised in Catalonia in a music-related environment, she had already had a child artistic experience before launching her solo project. BB Trickz emerged with the single "Missionsuicida" in April 2023, followed shortly after by her first EP Trickstar (2023), then Sadtrickz (2023), two releases that set an aesthetic that is direct, minimal and deliberately light in form, carried by a voice often at mid-volume and short, improvised or freestyle-adjacent lyrics. Her writing plays on humor, provocation and the codes of internet rap, while drawing on references from contemporary American hip-hop. BB Trickz subsequently broadened her exposure on international stages, with a first concert at Rolling Loud Portugal in 2023, and through several collaborations and appearances, notably with Charli XCX in 2024 on the remix of "Club Classics". In today’s urban landscape, BB Trickz occupies a space apart between Spanish rap, viral aesthetics and transatlantic influences.
