Silver Panda

Launched in late 2021, Silver Panda brings together Shlomi, an Israeli artist based in Thailand, and Leo, a Brazilian based in the United States, around a project born from a long-standing closeness to the underground electronic scene. Their meeting goes back to psytrance events organized by Leo in the United States, where Shlomi was invited to play, before this relationship led to a duo conceived from the outset on an international scale. Silver Panda develops electronic music situated between melodic techno, melodic techno and progressive, with a strong sense of rhythmic hypnosis, emotional crescendos, and a groove inherited from their psytrance backgrounds. Over time, Silver Panda has circulated its productions on the international club scene and collaborated with several artists in the electronic circuit, notably John Summit, Moby, Massano and Armin van Buuren, with whom the duo participated in a reinterpretation of Depeche Mode's "Enjoy the Silence". The project is also accompanied by Panda Lab Records, the label founded by the two musicians alongside their productions. Active in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Silver Panda adapts its live format to the distance between the two members, with duo or solo appearances depending on the date, while maintaining a shared artistic direction focused on dancefloor efficiency and a concise melodic writing.
