Everything Everything

Formed in Manchester in 2007, Everything Everything brings together Jonathan Higgs, Jeremy Pritchard, Michael Spearman and, since 2009, Alex Robertshaw, who joined after Alex Niven’s departure. From their earliest singles — including “Suffragette Suffragette”, “Photoshop Handsome” and “My Kz, Ur Bf” — the British quartet developed a tense songwriting style where art rock, indie rock, art pop and indietronica intersect with angular rhythms, highly mobile melodic lines and Higgs’ frequently falsetto vocals. Everything Everything then refined that formula on Man Alive (2010) and Arc (2013), both produced by David Kosten, before broadening their scope with Get to Heaven (2015), marked by a more political tension, and A Fever Dream (2017), recorded with James Ford. Re-Animator (2020), Raw Data Feel (2022) and Mountainhead (2024) continue this trajectory, blending experimental pop, alternative rock and electronics in an increasingly concentrated format. A fixture on the UK festival circuit and having toured with Muse and Snow Patrol, Everything Everything have also been nominated twice for the Mercury Prize, for Man Alive and A Fever Dream.
