Anna Erhard
Born in 1991 in Chur, Switzerland, Anna Erhard first developed her career in Basel, where she founded the folk group Serafyn in 2013, active until the release of the Foam album in 2017. Based in Berlin since 2020, Anna Erhard then pursued solo work writing between indie pop, folk rock and lo‑fi pop, with concise, melodic songs often laced with a subtle humor and observations of daily life. Her music blends light guitars, flexible rhythms and a direct approach to the voice, in a format that remains close to songwriting while maintaining a relaxed and sometimes offbeat vibe. Her solo discography centers on three albums released on Radicalis Music, Short Cut in 2021, Campsite in 2022 and Botanical Garden in 2024. In the studio, Anna Erhard works with producer Pola Roy, while her live shows take the form of a trio with drummer Robert Kretzschmar and bassist Alexander Binder. Between Switzerland and Germany, Anna Erhard sits within a European independent scene attentive to sober pop forms, acoustic and electric textures, and to writing that favors ordinary details over stylistic effects.
