Chlär

Under the name Chlär, Charles Accarisi develops a direct, percussive, groove-focused techno from Switzerland, combining rhythmic tension, tight loops and hypnotic accents. Active since the late 2010s, Chlär has built his path through short-format releases and a steady presence in clubs and warehouses, with a mixing approach marked by improvisation and the incorporation of sequences from his own productions. His tracks favour efficient structures, a relatively raw texture and dance-oriented dynamics, situated at the crossroads of dry, physical funk-techno. Alongside his work as a producer and DJ, Chlär has worked as a mastering engineer for labels such as Taapion, RAW and Ritmo Fatale, and co-runs Bipolar Disorder Rec., which also reflects his involvement in the technical and editorial aspects of the electronic scene. He thus operates in a register where sonic precision, a keen sense of rhythm and club effectiveness are central.
