Yanamaste

Yanamaste, whose real name is Irakli Danelia, is a Georgian artist based in Berlin whose career was rooted early in Tbilisi's musical culture. Exposed from childhood to an environment where electronic rhythms and forms were central, he began producing as a teenager and, at 18, was running one of Georgia's most recognized dancefloors. At 19 he became fully involved in the capital's nightlife and joined the circle of artists associated with the club Khidi, a major institution in the local scene. This period marked the start of a strong grounding in Georgia's electronic ecosystem for Yanamaste, before he gradually opened up to Europe. His initial releases drew attention from labels such as Lyree, Hayes and Innsignn, which issued several of his projects and helped establish his name with a wider audience. Since moving to Berlin, Yanamaste has been playing numerous club and festival dates, supported by steady studio activity and a growing presence on international stages.
