KUSS

KUSS is one of the most promising artists in today’s French techno scene, driven by a mental aesthetic infused with tribal touches, mystery and hypnosis. A curious and protean producer, he moves effortlessly between refined, elegant techno, contemplative ambient, immersive downtempo and even progressive rock with his side project Derivative of the Unconscious. Discovered in 2021 by the Skryptöm label, he released three notable EPs there before continuing with releases and collaborations on Warok, Maison Close, Drawner Records, Canticle and Agora Records — his EP Stuck In A Dream was released on vinyl in 2024. Collaborations with Zadig, Electric Rescue, Mac Declos and Antigone attest to his rapid integration at the core of the scene. On stage, both in DJ sets and live, KUSS stands out for a sensory, constantly evolving approach guided by experimentation and a sound-writing rooted in his personal life experiences. Already featured in major clubs such as Rex Club, La Machine du Moulin Rouge, Fuse in Brussels, Gotec in Karlsruhe and Rote Sonne in Munich, he is emerging as a distinctive and ascending voice in contemporary techno.
