Info
On January 22, 2027, at O2 City Hall Newcastle in Newcastle upon Tyne, First Aid Kit bring their Swedish sisterhood of songwriting back to the stage. Klara and Johanna Söderberg have a way of making English-language folk feel both intimate and wide-open: close-knit vocal harmonies, acoustic guitars, and stories that flirt with Americana and country without turning into pastiche.
From the early spark that pushed them beyond Sweden to the steady evolution across albums like The Lion’s Roar, Stay Gold, Ruins and Palomino, their music keeps the same core: clear melodies, emotional detail, and that two-voices-as-one chemistry that hits hardest live. Expect a set built for singing along in unison, moving between stripped-back moments and richer arrangements, with the kind of timing and tenderness that made them festival regulars on both sides of the Atlantic.
