Info
On October 22, 2026 at Rock City in Nottingham, Panchiko bring their blurred indie rock back to the stage, where dream pop haze, shoegaze guitar wash and lo-fi grain all sit in the same frame. Born in the late 90s, the band’s early CD-R releases and the cult EP D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L built a world of saturated guitars, soft electronic layers and melancholy vocals, the kind of songs that feel both intimate and overstimulated. After a long pause and a late rediscovery, their current live era stitches those formative tracks to newer material, including the sharper, stage-ready writing of Failed at Math(s), without losing the foggy textures that made them stand out.
Also on the bill, Alison’s Halo add a 90s American dream pop and shoegaze counterpoint. Formed in Tempe, Arizona, their sound leans into vaporous voices and thick-but-airy guitars, keeping melodies visible under distortion. Expect cues from their early run (Slug, Halo, and the single Dozen) and the Eyedazzler era that helped cement their place in the genre’s history.
