Joina arrives at AFERS with a foundation in classical piano that refuses to be confined to a single label. Her live performance blends academic training with electronic music with a distinctive personal voice: melody at the forefront, synthetic textures, and that experimental edge that unsettles the song only to reassemble it. After collaborating with artists such as M.I.A. and Beth, she presents the universe of her third album, Entre la mort i el desglaç, produced by Emili Bosch (b1n0) and released by Foehn Records: another step toward a more electronic, sober, and tense format, where voice and piano coexist without hierarchies.
Dressed Like Boys is the solo project of Ghent-based singer-songwriter Jelle Denturck. His songs address identity, sexuality, and the memory of the queer struggle with intimate writing and carefully crafted arrangements, weaving together seventies piano ballads, flashes of sunshine pop, and nods to experimental recording. Two ways of starting from the familiar and ending up somewhere else, on September 18, 2026 at Sala Apolo, Barcelona.
