A Skylit Drive and Vampires Everywhere! bring a dose of American post-hardcore and dark-tinged metal to O2 Academy Islington in London on 18 September 2026. Formed in Lodi, California, A Skylit Drive shaped their sound in the mid-2000s with a blend of emo, screamo and metalcore, guitars that chase melody, synth accents, and the push-pull of clean vocals against harsher screams. After the early EP She Watched the Sky, the arrival of Michael Jagmin led to Wires and the Concept of Breathing, followed by Adelphia, Identity on Fire, Rise and ASD. Back on the road since 2022 around Jagmin, the band draws across its catalogue, shifting from rapid-fire riffs to atmospheric passages without losing the melodic thread.
Vampires Everywhere!, led by Michael Vampire and born in Hollywood in 2009, leans into horror-film imagery and goth codes while folding heavy riffs, electronic touches and hooky choruses into a modern metal frame. First noticed with the Immortal Love video before signing to Century Media, the project has toured the US rock and metal circuit, resurfacing in 2021 with a refreshed take on its mix of glam, industrial hints and shadowy moods. On stage, the set balances crunch and melody, theatrics and straight-ahead impact.
A double bill that reconnects with the 2000s–2010s scene and its crossover energy, anchored by two bands with distinct voices and shared roots.
