On 19 June 2026 at La Maroquinerie, The Summer Starts Here! brings together The Spitfires, Lucca Mae and Levanna for a resolutely mod evening where rock, soul, northern soul and ska intersect. A British night conceived for the dancefloor and lovers of guitar-driven groove.
The Spitfires, led by singer-guitarist Billy Sullivan, carry the mod revival energy forward with a sound that blends punk, soul, ska and indie rock. Between straightforward melodies and lyrics rooted in everyday urban life, the band returns to Paris in a brass-tinged line-up, built for high-energy tracks and choruses that hit hard.
Lucca Mae, a young voice from England, presents her debut blue-eyed soul album. Warm songwriting and a vocal grain that calls to mind sixties soul as much as more recent influences, and her first Parisian appearance is billed as a promising introduction to the scene.
Levanna plays vinyl only. A dancer and DJ at the heart of the new northern soul wave, she strings together standards, gems and rarities on 45s, with a sense of tempo that gets the dancefloor moving. A set designed for the collective, between choreographies, slide steps and late-night sweat.
