Info

Henry Moodie turns very direct emotions into melodic pop. Since 'you were there for me' in 2022, he has established himself as a British songwriter who gets straight to the point, balancing catchy choruses with intimate revelations. With more than a billion streams and sold-out shows around the world, he has rallied an audience around sensitive yet effective songs.

Music arrived early as a refuge. Supported by his mother, who gave him his first guitar, he wrote to get through school bullying and drew a sense of storytelling from Taylor Swift. As a teenager he learned computer-based production, posted covers and found a receptive online community.

Propelled by TikTok, 'you were there for me' went viral and led him to Robots & Humans and then Columbia Records. This was followed by 'drunk text' and two EPs that sketched a range from stripped-down ballads to more urgent pop-rock.

His debut album, 'mood swings', marks a milestone. He addresses anxiety, breakups, love and identity, with tracks like 'cigarette' that lay his doubts bare without melodrama. The record establishes a frank songwriting voice in service of immediate melodies.

Henry Moodie will perform on 7 April 2026 at the Cabaret Sauvage in Paris, two years after his last appearance.
